Download standard MIB format if you are planning to load a MIB file into some system (OS, Zabbix, PRTG ...) or view it with a MIB browser. CSV is more suitable for analyzing and viewing OID' and other MIB objects in excel. JSON and YAML formats are usually used in programing even though some systems can use MIB in YAML format (like Logstash).
Keep in mind that standard MIB files can be successfully loaded by systems and programs only if all the required MIB's from the "Imports" section are already loaded.
The tree-like SNMP object navigator requires no explanations because it is very simple to use. And if you stumbled on this MIB from Google note that you can always go back to the home page if you need to perform another MIB or OID lookup.

         bmpModemTable 1.3.6.1.4.1.760.1.1.2.1.10.301.1 no-access
This table contains information about all BM-P modems in all racks.
             bmpTableEntry 1.3.6.1.4.1.760.1.1.2.1.10.301.1.1 no-access
The index of the table.
                 mdmRack 1.3.6.1.4.1.760.1.1.2.1.10.301.1.1.1 integer read-only
The index of the rack where the modem is installed.
                 mdmModem 1.3.6.1.4.1.760.1.1.2.1.10.301.1.1.2 integer read-only
This variable displays the slot number where the corresponding modem is installed in the rack.
                 mdmPosition 1.3.6.1.4.1.760.1.1.2.1.10.301.1.1.3 integer read-only
This variable displays the location of the corresponding modem: 'local' or 'remote'. The modem which is plugged into a managed rack is 'local', the counterpart is 'remote'. Enumeration: 'remote': 2, 'local': 1.
                 mdmModemName 1.3.6.1.4.1.760.1.1.2.1.10.301.1.1.5 displaystring read-only
The verbal name of this modem.
                 mdmDataEquipmentEmulation 1.3.6.1.4.1.760.1.1.2.1.10.301.1.1.6 integer read-only
Interface mode of the unit: 'dte' or 'dce', 'te' or 'nt'. Enumeration: 'unknown': 99, 'dce': 3, 'dte': 2, 'other': 1, 'te': 4, 'nt': 5.
                 mdmClockMode 1.3.6.1.4.1.760.1.1.2.1.10.301.1.1.20 integer read-write
The clock mode of the unit: 'master' or 'slave'. Enumeration: 'master': 3, 'other': 1, 'slave': 2.
                 mdmDistance 1.3.6.1.4.1.760.1.1.2.1.10.301.1.1.21 integer read-write
The transmission distance of the unit: 'long' or 'short'. 'Long' is valid for link data rates of up to 64 Kbps. For data rates higher than 64 Kbps this entry must be set to 'short'. Enumeration: 'other': 1, 'long': 4, 'short': 3.
                 mdmDataRateAdaptation 1.3.6.1.4.1.760.1.1.2.1.10.301.1.1.22 integer read-write
This entry enables or disables data rate adaptation, i.e. one unit operates at line speed and the other one at lower speeds (1.2, 2.4, 4.8 or 9.6 Kbps at 64 Kbps line speed and 1.2, 2.4, 4.8, 9.6 or 19.2 Kbps at 128 Kbps line speed). Enumeration: 'enable': 3, 'other': 1, 'disable': 2.
                 mdmClockSource 1.3.6.1.4.1.760.1.1.2.1.10.301.1.1.24 integer read-write
The clock source of the link: 'internal', 'external', or 'async'. Enumeration: 'async': 5, 'other': 1, 'internal': 2, 'external': 4.
                 mdmDataRate 1.3.6.1.4.1.760.1.1.2.1.10.301.1.1.25 integer read-write
The data rate at the interface in bits per seconds. If dataRateAdaptation is disabled, the data rate at the remote counterpart changes simultaneously. Otherwise the data rate at one unit is fixed to line speed and the data rate at the other unit must be set to speeds lower than line speed. Enumeration: 'other': 1.
                 mdmLocalCarrierDetect1 1.3.6.1.4.1.760.1.1.2.1.10.301.1.1.60 integer read-write
The data carrier detect mode at the interface: if set to 'fo-link-and-remote-handshake' the DCD signal (resp. I for X.21, etc.) follows link status and remote RTS (resp. C for X.21, etc.), if set to 'fo-link' the DCD signal follows link status only. Enumeration: 'other': 1, 'fo-link-and-remote-handshake': 2, 'fo-link': 3.
                 mdmLocalCarrierDetect2 1.3.6.1.4.1.760.1.1.2.1.10.301.1.1.61 integer read-write
The data carrier detect mode 2 at the interface: if set to 'fo-link-and-remote-handshake' the DSR signal follows link status and remote RTS (resp. C for X.21, etc.), if set to 'fo-link' the DSR signal follows link status only. Enumeration: 'other': 1, 'fo-link-and-remote-handshake': 2, 'fo-link': 3.
