FASTPATH-SWITCHING-MIB: View SNMP OID List / Download MIB

VENDOR: DELL INC.

 Home MIB: FASTPATH-SWITCHING-MIB
Download as:

Download standard MIB format if you are planning to load a MIB file into some system (OS, Zabbix, PRTG ...) or view it with a MIB browser. CSV is more suitable for analyzing and viewing OID' and other MIB objects in excel. JSON and YAML formats are usually used in programing even though some systems can use MIB in YAML format (like Logstash).
Keep in mind that standard MIB files can be successfully loaded by systems and programs only if all the required MIB's from the "Imports" section are already loaded.
The tree-like SNMP object navigator requires no explanations because it is very simple to use. And if you stumbled on this MIB from Google note that you can always go back to the home page if you need to perform another MIB or OID lookup.

This object identifies the default administrative port type, to be used in conjunction with the operational port type denoted by agentPortType. The set of possible values for this object is the same as the set defined for the agentPortType object. This object represents the administratively-configured type of the MAU. If auto-negotiation is not enabled or is not implemented for this MAU, the value of this object determines the operational type of the MAU. In this case, a set to this object will force the MAU into the specified operating mode. If auto-negotiation is implemented and enabled for this MAU, the operational type of the MAU is determined by auto-negotiation, and the value of this object denotes the type to which the MAU will automatically revert if/when auto-negotiation is later disabled. The valid values for this object are: dot3MauType10BaseTHD dot3MauType10BaseTFD dot3MauType100BaseTXHD dot3MauType100BaseTXFD dot3MauType100BaseFXFD dot3MauType10GBaseSX

This object identifies the port type. An initial set of MAU types are defined in RFC 2668. The assignment of OBJECT IDENTIFIERs to new types of MAUs is managed by the IANA. If the MAU type is unknown, the object identifier unknownMauType OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { 0 0 } is returned. Note that unknownMauType is a syntactically valid object identifier, and any conformant implementation of ASN.1 and the BER must be able to generate and recognize this value. This object represents the operational type of the MAU, as determined by either (1) the result of the auto-negotiation function or (2) if auto-negotiation is not enabled or is not implemented for this MAU, by the value of the object agentPortDefaultType, or (3) for the GigE card a value determined by the GBIC connected to the card. In case (2), a set to the object agentPortDefaultType will force the MAU into the new operating mode. The valid values for this object are: dot3MauType10BaseTHD dot3MauType10BaseTFD dot3MauType100BaseTXHD dot3MauType100BaseTXFD dot3MauType100BaseFXFD dot3MauType1000BaseSXFD dot3MauType10GBaseSX
