Download standard MIB format if you are planning to load a MIB file into some system (OS, Zabbix, PRTG ...) or view it with a MIB browser. CSV is more suitable for analyzing and viewing OID' and other MIB objects in excel. JSON and YAML formats are usually used in programing even though some systems can use MIB in YAML format (like Logstash).
Keep in mind that standard MIB files can be successfully loaded by systems and programs only if all the required MIB's from the "Imports" section are already loaded.

Entries can be created and deleted on the system via SNMP SET operations operations using the aluMwLinkRowStatus object. Creation of this entry enables management of Packet Microwave (MW) Links that contain Microwave Radios. The operational state of the link is based on the state of the contained radios and protection scheme provisioned.

Entries can be created and deleted on microwave-aware ports via SNMP SET operations using the aluMwRadioRowStatus object. Creation of this entry enables management of connected Microwave (MW) Packet Transport Radios. The operational state of the connected radio and it's Microwave Link is represented in the operational state of this entry. Microwave Radios may only be created on ports that support microwave-awareness. There can be only one Microwave Radio on each port.
