Download standard MIB format if you are planning to load a MIB file into some system (OS, Zabbix, PRTG ...) or view it with a MIB browser. CSV is more suitable for analyzing and viewing OID' and other MIB objects in excel. JSON and YAML formats are usually used in programing even though some systems can use MIB in YAML format (like Logstash).
Keep in mind that standard MIB files can be successfully loaded by systems and programs only if all the required MIB's from the "Imports" section are already loaded.
The tree-like SNMP object navigator requires no explanations because it is very simple to use. And if you stumbled on this MIB from Google note that you can always go back to the home page if you need to perform another MIB or OID lookup.

The administratively desired status of the global CDP compliance function. If the associated zxr10CdpEnable object has a value of 'disabled(2)', then the system will discard CDP packets. If the associated zxr10CdpEnable object has a value of 'enabled(1)', then the system will counter and keep the latest CDP packet.

The number of times the complete set of information advertised by a particular MSAP has been deleted from tables contained in zxr10CdpRemSysData because the information timeliness interval has expired. This counter should be incremented only once when the complete set of information is completely invalidated (aged out) from all related tables. Partial aging, similar to deletion case, is not allowed, and thus, should not change the value of this counter.

                                         zxr10CdpRemoteTable 1.3.6.1.4.1.3902.3.6000.511.2.2.1 no-access
This table contains one or more rows per physical network connection known to this agent. The agent may wish to ensure that only one zxr10CdpRemoteEntry is present for each local port, or it may choose to maintain multiple zxr10CdpRemoteEntry for the same local port.

This object represents an arbitrary local integer value used by this agent to identify a particular connection instance, unique only for the indicated remote system. An agent is encouraged to assign monotonically increasing index values to new entries, starting with one, after each reboot. It is considered unlikely that the zxr10CdpRemIndex will wrap between reboots.
