Download standard MIB format if you are planning to load a MIB file into some system (OS, Zabbix, PRTG ...) or view it with a MIB browser. CSV is more suitable for analyzing and viewing OID' and other MIB objects in excel. JSON and YAML formats are usually used in programing even though some systems can use MIB in YAML format (like Logstash).
Keep in mind that standard MIB files can be successfully loaded by systems and programs only if all the required MIB's from the "Imports" section are already loaded.

Entry of shePhysCardTable. Each entry is used to represent a card independently whether it is present or not (feature offline configuration). This attribute shows the administrative state of the plugin unit. In the transition from lock to unlock the plug-in unit is diagnosed. Default is notEquipped except for controller cards. The AdminState of controller cards is always unlocked. Planned is very similar to the locked state. Planned is used for configuration of cards without having a card equipped. A correct card being plugged leads to an auto-configuration of the card: the AdminState changes automatically from planned to unlocked.

This is the pointer to a alarm severity profile. createCard: creates plugin units. Acceptable in state NotEquipped and when object does not exist. The AdminState after creation, possible values are Planned or Locked, is specified as command parameter. The command is not accepted for CXUs. These HW objects are automatically created. The acceptable CardTypes are specified in the slot attribute shePhysContainerAccCardTypes. The content of this attribute changes after the creation to values allowed for the convert command. deleteCard: deletes a card. Acceptable only in state Planned/Locked. The command is not accepted for CXUs. CXUs are automatically deleted when board redundancy is disabled. The AdminState changes to NotEquipped. convertCard: converts the type of card.
