Download standard MIB format if you are planning to load a MIB file into some system (OS, Zabbix, PRTG ...) or view it with a MIB browser. CSV is more suitable for analyzing and viewing OID' and other MIB objects in excel. JSON and YAML formats are usually used in programing even though some systems can use MIB in YAML format (like Logstash).
Keep in mind that standard MIB files can be successfully loaded by systems and programs only if all the required MIB's from the "Imports" section are already loaded.
The tree-like SNMP object navigator requires no explanations because it is very simple to use. And if you stumbled on this MIB from Google note that you can always go back to the home page if you need to perform another MIB or OID lookup.

                   rcErpsGuardTime 1.3.6.1.4.1.8886.6.1.53.1.2.1.12
The guard timer is used to prevent Ethernet ring nodes from acting upon outdated R-APS messages and prevents the possibility of forming a closed loop. The period of the guard timer may be configured by the operator in 10 ms steps between 10 ms and 2 seconds, with a default value of 500 ms.
                   rcErpsWtrTime 1.3.6.1.4.1.8886.6.1.53.1.2.1.13
In revertive mode of operation, to prevent frequent operation of the protection switch due to an intermittent defect, a failed working transport entity must become fault-free. After the failed working transport entity meets this criterion, a fixed period of time shall elapse before a normal traffic signal uses it again. This period, called wait-to-restore (WTR) period, may be configured by the operator in 1 minute steps between 5 and 12 minutes; the default value is 5 minutes.
                   rcErpsWtbTime 1.3.6.1.4.1.8886.6.1.53.1.2.1.14
The Wtb timer, called wait-to-block timer, may be configured by the operator in 1 second steps between 1 and 12 seconds;
                   rcErpsHoldOffTime 1.3.6.1.4.1.8886.6.1.53.1.2.1.15
When a new defect or more severe defect occurs (new SF), this event will not be reported immediately to protection switching if the provisioned holdoff timer value is non-zero. Instead, the holdoff timer will be started. When the holdoff timer expires, whether a defect still exists on the trail that started the timer will be checked. If one does exist, that defect will be reported to protection switching. Each protection group should have a provisionable holdoff timer. The suggested range of the holdoff timer is 0 to 10 seconds in steps of 100 ms with an accuracy of 5 ms.
