Download standard MIB format if you are planning to load a MIB file into some system (OS, Zabbix, PRTG ...) or view it with a MIB browser. CSV is more suitable for analyzing and viewing OID' and other MIB objects in excel. JSON and YAML formats are usually used in programing even though some systems can use MIB in YAML format (like Logstash).
Keep in mind that standard MIB files can be successfully loaded by systems and programs only if all the required MIB's from the "Imports" section are already loaded.
The tree-like SNMP object navigator requires no explanations because it is very simple to use. And if you stumbled on this MIB from Google note that you can always go back to the home page if you need to perform another MIB or OID lookup.

This variable controls in which form MAC addresses will be represented. The default is canonical form for ethernet products and non-cannonical for tokenring products. Setting this variable controls the representation for syntax's: PhysAddress, MacAddress and MacAddressString. Setting this variable will enforce a reboot. This variable controls whether the device will send rhwo packets on UDP port 513. The packets include information about pseudo-users logged in. For the Olicom Bridge products, these are: Olicom Bridge Manager (user: obrimg) or the (IBM) Lan Network Manager (users: control, altern, observ). The tty information describes the management link. If this object it disabled, it overrides the value of inetIPAddressEnableRwho. Enumeration: 'disabled': 2, 'enabled': 1.

This variable control whether the device will process RIP (Routing Information Protocol) packets on UDP port 520 to update the IP routing table. The device will not announce any routes, it will only participate as a passive host. Refer to Unix documentation of either routed or gated daemons, or Internet RFC document 1058. If this object it disabled, it overrides the value of inetIPAddressEnableRIP. Enumeration: 'disabled': 2, 'enabled': 1.

All three bit-values can be set, in which case all source addresses will be allowed.

NOTE: This field has been replaced by the controlTrapTable. Bitmask of disabled traps from product-specific network management agents. Each octet within the value of this object specifies a set of eight traps, with the first octet specifying traps 1 through 8, the second octet specifying traps 9 through 16, etc. Within each octet, the least significant bit represents the lowest numbered trap, and the most significant bit represents the highest numbered trap. Thus, each trap of the device is represented by a single bit within the value of this object. If that bit has a value of `0' then that trap is included in the set of traps; the trap is not included if its bit has a value of `1'. The bits corresponds to the TRAP numbers found in the the product specific MIBs.
