Download standard MIB format if you are planning to load a MIB file into some system (OS, Zabbix, PRTG ...) or view it with a MIB browser. CSV is more suitable for analyzing and viewing OID' and other MIB objects in excel. JSON and YAML formats are usually used in programing even though some systems can use MIB in YAML format (like Logstash).
Keep in mind that standard MIB files can be successfully loaded by systems and programs only if all the required MIB's from the "Imports" section are already loaded.

This parameter is initially set to a default value, i.e 192.168.254.252 for a MUM200-2/2000-2 module located in slot 13 of an IPD12000, slot 5 of an IPD4000 DSLAM and a Mini/Micro DSLAM. The default value of 192.168.254.253 will be for a MUM200-2/2000-2 module located in slot 14 of an IPD12000 (duplicate IP addresses are not allowed). These default values can be modified by the user.
