Download standard MIB format if you are planning to load a MIB file into some system (OS, Zabbix, PRTG ...) or view it with a MIB browser. CSV is more suitable for analyzing and viewing OID' and other MIB objects in excel. JSON and YAML formats are usually used in programing even though some systems can use MIB in YAML format (like Logstash).
Keep in mind that standard MIB files can be successfully loaded by systems and programs only if all the required MIB's from the "Imports" section are already loaded.
The tree-like SNMP object navigator requires no explanations because it is very simple to use. And if you stumbled on this MIB from Google note that you can always go back to the home page if you need to perform another MIB or OID lookup.

A value of 2 indicates that the host also supports IGMPv2 (for IPv4) or MLDv1 (for IPv6). A value of 3 indicates that the host also supports IGMPv3 (for IPv4) or MLDv2 (for IPv6).

This object may only be present when the corresponding value of mgmdHostCacheAddressType is IPv4.

Such a device would implement the mgmdV2RouterBaseMIBGroup only on its router interfaces (those interfaces with non-zero mgmdRouterInterfaceProxyIfIndex). Typically, the value of this object is 0, indicating that no proxying is being done.

The Last Member Query Interval is the Max Response Time inserted into Group-Specific Queries sent in response to Leave Group messages, and is also the amount of time Between Group-Specific Query messages. This value may be tuned to modify the leave latency of the network. A reduced value results in reduced time to detect the loss of the last member of a group. The value of this object is irrelevant if mgmdRouterInterfaceVersion is 1.
