Download standard MIB format if you are planning to load a MIB file into some system (OS, Zabbix, PRTG ...) or view it with a MIB browser. CSV is more suitable for analyzing and viewing OID' and other MIB objects in excel. JSON and YAML formats are usually used in programing even though some systems can use MIB in YAML format (like Logstash).
Keep in mind that standard MIB files can be successfully loaded by systems and programs only if all the required MIB's from the "Imports" section are already loaded.

This object is for the purpose of setting up the Application type for the FRAM netmod. The application key should be specified when the application type is `unconfigured' or whenever the user want to reconfigure the netmod to run a different type of application. Changing the application type will cause the netmod to be reset and old configuration lost. Note this object is write-only and reading it will result in implementation-specific results.

             nmFramOosLED 1.3.6.1.4.1.326.1.16.3.1.1.20 integer read-only
Indicates the netmod service status. This LED is normally dark. When it becomes red, the netmod is Out Of Service (OOS) and can be removed. FRAM netmod can be set to OOS by user which means the netmod will stop passing data when the user set this LED to red(3). See the definition of moduleState object of moduleTable in fore-switch.mib Enumeration: 'off': 1, 'red': 3.

This object specifies the max number of UNI instances per port which can be created for FUNI SVC Signaling Support. In other words, this object defines the max number of FUNI services per port which can have SVC Signaling enabled.

This object specifies whether statistics are to be counted by the netmod system. The object controls from an overall perspective whether netmod, service and connection level statistics are to be counted. The object state will override the service level StatsMonitor objects, such that if the nmFramStatsMonitor is disabled then no statistics will be counted irrespective of whether the service level StatsMonitor is enabled. When the state changes from enabled to disabled all the related statistics will be frozen at their current value. When the state changes from disabled to enabled then all related statistics will be reset (zeroised). Enumeration: 'disabled': 2, 'enabled': 1.

nmFramStatsEnabledTimeStamp reflects the time, with reference to sysUpTime, when nmFramStatsMonitor is set to enabled. This will, therefore, provide a starting timestamp for the current statistics that are being counted.
