Download standard MIB format if you are planning to load a MIB file into some system (OS, Zabbix, PRTG ...) or view it with a MIB browser. CSV is more suitable for analyzing and viewing OID' and other MIB objects in excel. Meter Profile entry in the meter profile table. Metering is implemented using a dual leaky bucket mechanism. Conceptually, this can be viewed as a green token bucket which can hold a maximum of CBS tokens and a yellow token bucket which can hold a maximum of EBS tokens. The CIR determines the rate at which the green token bucket is refilled and the EIR determines the rate at which the yellow token bucket is refilled (regardless of CBS and EBS).

The RCOLOR of a frame as it arrives at the egress enqueuing stage determines which WRED curve of the congestion avoidance profile to use (Green or Yellow). A congestion profile has two configurable WRED curves (Curve-1 and Curve-2). By default Green frames map to Curve-1 and Yellow frames map to Curve-2.
