Download standard MIB format if you are planning to load a MIB file into some system (OS, Zabbix, PRTG ...) or view it with a MIB browser. CSV is more suitable for analyzing and viewing OID' and other MIB objects in excel. JSON and YAML formats are usually used in programing even though some systems can use MIB in YAML format (like Logstash).
Keep in mind that standard MIB files can be successfully loaded by systems and programs only if all the required MIB's from the "Imports" section are already loaded.

This table is used to control generation of individual SNMP notification types. The table is indexed by the OID of the NOTIFICATION-TYPE, and contains a flag to enable or disable generation of that notification type.

Each entry contains a flag to control generation of a specific notification type.

The OID of a NOTIFICATION-TYPE. Note that this object cannot exceed a length of 114 sub-identifiers.

Indicates whether this notification type may be generated.

Used to create/delete entries in the table. Note that an implementation may simply provide permanent entries for every supported NOTIFICATION-TYPE.

Indicates the interface port list for which the notification is enabled or disabled, subject to the bsncNotifyControlEnabled value. Note that for a global notification type, the value of this object is always an empty string.
